Published by Jacques Carpentier and Simon Wajntrob, printed by Wolfensberger in Zurich, 1973. In-folio in an illustrated slipcase. Edition of 298 copies, on Arches paper: - 250 portfolios numbered from 1 to 250; - 33 lettered folios E. A.; - 15 lettered folios from A to O.
