Paul DUPRE-LAFON (1900-1971) for HERMES PARIS. Lamp stand circa 1934-1935 sheathed in green diamond-piqué leather, base formed of superimposed wooden logs, chrome-plated metal mount. Signed. Opaline shade. H: 37 cm (wear). Provenance: this lamp base was supplied by Stéphane Boudin, decorator for JANSEN, commissioned by Madame André Lazard to furnish her children's apartment in Neuilly on the occasion of their wedding.
