Louis XV-period curved-front SECRETARY stamped by Jean-Charles SAUNIER (received master in 1743, died circa 1765) in violet-wood sole frieze arranged in diamond points. It opens with a brown leather-trimmed flap with 5 drawers and 2 compartments, and two leaves at the bottom. Curved lower crosspiece on curved legs, top in Belgian Rance red marble. 127 x 97 x 44 cm
