Biography: Franck Tordjmann is a French sculptor, painter and photographer. Self-taught, it was an encounter with César in Nice in 1992 that led him to sculpture. His one-off sculptures always feature violins or other musical instruments, often playing with the transparency of Plexiglas. Still on the theme of music, he also creates paintings under Plexiglas, as well as photo compositions based on major cities: Paris, New York, London... Franck Tordjmann is exhibited in galleries in Paris, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Honfleur, Brussels, Knokke-le-Zoute, Megève, Courchevel, Cannes, New York and Singapore, and is part of numerous private collections worldwide. He is the second French artist after Marc Chagall to have had the honor of selling a work to the Knesset, the Israeli parliament, from the Les Grands Hommes d'Israël collection in 2006. Franck Tordjmann is collected by Woody Allen, Madonna, Simon Peres, Nicolas Sarkozy, Johnny Halliday, Jean-Jacques Goldman, Naguy and Tomer Sisley, to name but a few.
