BEAUTIFUL and FINE KAYSERI SILK PRAYER RUG (Turkey) circa 1960-1965 decorated with mihrab, hanging oil lamp and richly flowered and polychrome vase. Silk velvet on silk foundation. Qq ntaurelles oxidations but nevertheless acceptable condition and rather good condition, the fineness giving these aspect of wears which is not. Density: approx 9000 knots per dm2. 151 x 96 cm.
